I felt compelled to write an online review for the first time after using this workbook. It really is an indespensable resource for all business owners, large or small. It is clear and accessable, with a concise step-by-step plan covering all aspects of promoting your business. Our company has been featured in the press many times over due directly to the use of this workbook. A must have!

I've just read this book from start to finish and learnt so much which will take my small business forward - but it would be ideal for larger businesses as well. The author has a very good way with getting the point across in a meaningful and interesting way and I know that this is a book I will refer to again and again.

As the owner of a small business I found this book to be a God-send! I know very little about PR and the way promotion is handled but this book gave a very accessible approach to handling all areas of business promotion. The 'step by step' nature of the methods laid out in the book mean that with little effort and just short periods of time, I am already seeing results!The language and examples used make the aims of each chapter very clear and easy to follow. I would highly recommend this book to anyone in business - it has already paid for itself several times over!>
