"Chinese food is simply delicious. This book does exactly what it says on the in (or should that be cover). Chinese food made easy brings home the simplicity of making mouth watering dishes of wonderful food. Ching-He Huang is a charismatic yet thoughtful chef who has proved to be a huge hit with her television series and has followed that up with an equally well produced book.Go on, try it..you'll be loving every second of it"
