Original, delicious recipes for only a fiver
09 April 2010
I bought this book a couple of weeks ago and have already tried out a few of these delicious recipes. My favourites might be Pieminister's Wurzel Apple and Pear Pie, Glassboat's Orange Polenta Cake or Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall's Goat's Cheesecake. The book is cheerful, professional and very easy to use, with useful tips (including which Bristol shops you can get any unusual ingredients from) and easiness ratings. I love the local 'Bristol' feel of the book and that all the proceeds go to helping such a worthwhile local cause

I love the Bristol Community Cake Book. How else can you support your local community by eating cake. Eat cake - feel good. You can't go wrong.
