Amazing book-could not put it down!

I bought this cute little book with a giftcard given to me and I love it. The story is surprisingly gripping and 'thrillsy' as it says in the blerb. Would reccomend to ANYONE!

Bough tthisfor a friend but had to read it first. Couldn't put it down till finished it, Aleksandr's voice running through my head all the time. Great if you love "comparehte meerkats" go out any buy it.

This is a must for anyone who loves meerkats and in particular the adverts. I could not put the book down and have already bought a copy for a friend who also cannot put the book down.

A Very Simples Good Book <3

I was always hooked on the compare the meerkat adverts and loved the character of Aleksandr Orlov so it was no suprise that I wanted the book, luckily for me I got it for Christmas and looked through it immidiately. the story of Alekandr's family struggle and the light humor behind makes it an amazing book for all ages and the pictures are great too. An interesting read for all who love the simples-ness of the compare the meerkat ads!

Perfect humorous present!

Passed by this book in the shops before Christmas and laughed out loud as I saw a picture of THE MEERKAT on the front cover; and as I looked closer I realised that it was a spin-off story of the meerkat from the ads! What a hilarious present for all of my friends whom I share the joke with! It also includes some really wonderful illustrations of the meerkats and their journey! So worth it.

I, like another reviewer, bought this for a Christmas gift and as I was wrapping it decided to glance through it. Surprise! I ended up reading the whole book and the snowy day inside a warm house, wrapping the mountain of packages,

Disliked This Book more than any other book i have read in recent years, i would not recommend to anyone, i would advised people just walk past it, not looking, pretending it is not there!

I bought this for a friends birthday present as I knew she shared my love of this little hairy icon. Before wrapping it up I had a quick look, which turned into a full read! She, in turn, has bought it for another friend.
A great read and very funny.
Anyone stuck for a Christmas present should buy this, I can't think of anyone who would not love it.

Loved this, very funny, some great 'portraits' of Aleksandr and his ancestors/family. I bought it as a present for a friend who loves the ads and didn't expect too much but it's actually good value!
