This is the most interesting book because it really is such good common sense! We all know that probably one face cream is the same as another, but at a certain age, it seems like a good insurance policy, to hedge our bets and pay as much as we can afford for the 'miracle cream'. NOT NECESSARY! Everything the author tells us is really such obvious and sensible advice. We go to the gym to work out, so why not do the same for the facial muscles? The book would be a terrific gift for a girlfriend - particularly anyone who is a 'beauty junkie'. This will truly change the way we approach our daily facial routine. It is never too late! We all want to look as good as we can for the age that we are, so now is the opportunity to get going and start today!

A fantastic book - I am hooked!

Think I’m hooked on Fitface. Although i already know Fitface is effective cos after I have had a workout I feel like i've had a facelift (naturally). I am also now aware of the times that i'm frowning or drooping muscles around my lips etc. so it makes me conscious of how i'm holding myself.... if that makes sense I really think this is a fantastic creation y'know? e I am so excited about it. The best thing (other than having a lovely Fitface) is not having to use any fingers gloves or crazy plastic and metal instruments! It's so practical; I even do some of the exercises in the car. I love the doing the vowels with a wide mouth, that gives me a laugh and there's one that is similar to the snarl that makes me feel like "Blakey" from, "on the buses" ....not a good look.

Great book, loved it. I am older and struggle with maintaining the once lovely face I used to have but with these exercises I am already noticing a difference.
Worth every penny
